Gluten-free, dairy-free cakes for birthdays and every celebration on Maui. All our cakes are no-bake: think creamy cheesecake meets silky mousse, on a crunchy nut and date crust. Every one is finished with fresh seasonal flowers.

About us

Made by hand, finished with flowers

Hi, I'm Jo. I've always loved food, and the day I started eating closer to nature, everything changed: more energy, more joy and, honestly, more flavor. Flöra is simply how I love to eat, made to share.

Every cake and treat is made by hand in my kitchen in Paia, with fruit from up the road, nuts, dates and real chocolate. Then I finish each one with flowers, which is where the name comes from.

No gluten, no dairy, no refined sugar and no preservatives. Just ingredients you can read, and desserts everyone at the table can enjoy.

    We reply within 24 hours. Cakes need 7 days notice, treats & boxes 3 days.

  3. Save your date

    A 50% deposit holds your spot. Venmo, Zelle or cash.

  4. Pickup or delivery

    Free pickup in Haiku or Paia, or delivery to your door.
