Flöra is a small home patisserie on Maui. This page explains what we do with the information you share with us.

What we collect

When you fill in our order form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, the date you need your order and the details of your cake or treats. If you text or email us, we receive your message and contact details.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote, make your order and arrange pickup or delivery. We never sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

Our order form runs on Tally and this website is hosted by Netlify, so they process the form answers and basic visit data (like your IP address) for us. If we measure visits or run ads with Google, Google may use cookies to count visits and see which ads bring people to the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order and our records, then delete them.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it or delete it.
